To get another chest, in the same locked room as the Monk, prepare before hand. With this in mind, set up three ice blocks using the Cryonis Rune, (making sure not to block the laser from the switch on the other side of the room). However, if you try crossing, you’ll find that the door to the Monk is sealed from a pressure plate that is underwater. When you’re ready, start pushing the lever to raise the water level. Down on a lower platform before the water rises you can find a chest holding an Opal. Note: Before continuing on, make sure to drop down the platform to the right of the entrance. There’s also a lever to your left you can push in either direction - this will cause the laser to rotate around the room, hitting a switch on the far side at the end of its rotation that will trigger the water to rise or fall. She will open a door that reveals the shrine itself.The Sheh Rata Shrine features a lot of interesting parts, as you’ll enter to find a laser beam firing in front of you, high above a flooded area down the stairs from your position. Pick it up and place it in the water before the statue of the Goddess Hylia. The dragon will fly away and drop a scale before you. Last but not least, shoot Naydra for a scale. At the end, a cutscene will take you back to the summit. Shoot the remaining two eyeballs to free Naydra. Glide and shoot your way after the dragon.
Naydra will go down the mountain and you must follow. Use your bow and the slow motion to pick off the next eye. Run to the peak of Mount Lanayru and use your glider on the updrafts to chase Naydra into the sky. Shooting it off of the head may be best, since Naydra will be moving for all other targets. Use your bow to shoot the first giant eyeball off of Naydra. You need to free the dragon of this evil substance. The dragon Naydra has been corrupted by Calamity Ganon's malice. At the top, you will find the Spring of Wisdom. Make your way to the summit, fighting off Lizalfos and Keeses along the way. You'll also want a healthy supply of arrows. Make sure to pack warm clothes, fire weapons, or powerful elixirs to stay warm. You can speak to the villager in the garden of Hateno Village to formally access the quest, or you could just go to the summit of Mount Lanayru. The Jitan Sa'mi Shrine involves a Shrine Quest to locate it.
